We are a small brokerage able to offer one on one broker support for our agents. 

After helping buyers and sellers of real estate for 8 years, Jeff Metcalf became a Broker in 2013 to help other agents work with buyers and sellers. Jeff and his wife Michelle opened Homestead Real Estate office in August of 2016 and quickly expanded their business by helping other agents become successful in real estate by helping customers and clients with their real estate transactions. In addition they added a real estate education company, eastidahorealestateschool.com to broaden the opportunity to help students become agents and realize a successful career in real estate.

We place our clients real estate needs first and foremost. We believe if you provide good customer service to the client then the client will be a loyal repeat customer. What is best for the client is always our first question.
